About the Role:
The Program Manager, Law Enforcement (LE) Operations leads our Law Enforcement Field Application teams and drives strategy for how Draganfly products are deployed within the LE market. This role spans presales support, product testing, customer engagement, operational execution, and market feedback into product development.
As Draganfly’s primary SME for LE use cases, you will ensure our programs, workflows, and deployments integrate cleanly into real‑world missions. This is a high‑impact role at a pivotal moment in our growth, with the opportunity to shape scalable operational processes and influence product direction.
Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Lead and support Senior Field Application Specialists, with a focus on field execution and developing future leaders.
- Ensure team alignment with market strategy, product knowledge, and brand standards.
- Coordinate daily operations with ground teams and PMO.
- Gather insights from field teams to inform customer needs, product improvements, and operational priorities.
- Delegate tasks and ensure successful execution of LE-related engagements.
Operations
- Coordinate demos, trainings, product testing, and special projects to ensure smooth and effective field operations.
- Maintain high operational standards that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and processes to support scalability and consistency across deployments.
- Manage equipment, documentation, and playbooks specific to the LE market.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support organizational success within public safety.
- Complete required documentation to meet county and state LE compliance standards.
- Lead or assist in developing technical proposals and customer-facing documentation.
- Support the creation of market‑specific training and programs for LE and public safety agencies.
Market Strategy
- Build and maintain strategic relationships within the LE market to inform product capabilities and support offerings.
- Stay current with LE market trends and ensure Draganfly focuses on the highest‑impact mission sets.
- Represent Draganfly with key clients to support program adoption and operational integration.
- Act as the internal SME for how LE organizations utilize UAS systems.
- Guide partner strategies to expand relevant features and mission capabilities.
- Convert lessons learned into scalable SOPs and repeatable processes.
- Provide structured feedback to product teams for mission‑specific improvements.
- Capture field insights in the CRM and contribute SME support to strategic internal discussions.
Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required).
- 6+ years of experience in UAS operations or UAS product application (military, public safety, enterprise preferred).
- Experience delivering customer-facing training or presentations.
- Familiarity with LE-relevant payloads, mission planning, and troubleshooting UAS systems.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Law Enforcement
- Short-Range Reconnaissance
- Drone as First Responder (DFR)
- Accident Reconstruction
- Tactical Indoor Flights
- Search and Rescue
- Disaster Response
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience integrating UAS systems in LE workflows; familiarity with MAVLink-based UAS.
- Ability to travel 30–50% for field operations and customer engagements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and transport UAS equipment (up to 55 lbs).
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Able to operate in austere field environments for short periods.
- Ability to pass background checks for government engagements.

Compensation Package
- Competitive salary: USD90,000 - USD105,000
